Dr. Pankaj Gupta

Global Top 150 #HealthTech #Exponentialist. Dr Gupta has over two decades of healthcare industry experience primarily Healthcare-IT solutions for Hospitals, Life-sciences and Pharma companies. Dr Gupta was Health Innovator in Residence at The International Centre for Health Innovation, Richard Ivey School of Business, The University of Western Ontario. He has played a vital role in meta data and data standards consulting with Ministries of Health and Family Welfare India. Some of the companies he has worked for include Infosys, Aetna and Applied Biosystems.

As founder at GeneArche, Dr Pankaj will advise on the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Mr. Manish Pungliya

A genomics entrepreneur Manish has M.S. in Biology with specialization in Bioinformatics and Genetics from WPI, MA, USA. He has over 20 years of experience in pharmacogenomics, population genetics and statistical genetic data analyses in India and abroad. He has published and presented research articles in international conferences and journals in genetics, cardiology, ageing, oncology and gynaecology. He has been instrumental in launching number of genetics, pharmacogenomics and consumer genetic tests in India. Previously he has worked as a scientist with Genaissance Pharmaceuticals and Motif Biosciences, Inc., New York.

At GeneArche, Manish is responsible for the vision implementation of the organization.

Dr. K. Padmaja

She is a Medical Professional and a senior family practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience. She has rich hospital management experience. Moreover, she is a trained Cosmetologist.

She is a co-founder at GeneArche and will look after the DTC products.

Dr. Min Seob Lee

Dr. Min Seob Lee is Ph.D. in Biological Science from City of Hope National Medical Centre of the Beckman Research Institute in Duarte, California. He holds a Master of Biology and certification of Biotechnology from California State University, Los Angeles. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kyung Hee University in Seoul, Korea. He did his post-doctoral fellowship at the Genomics and Proteomics Centre at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre. Dr. Lee is a world-renowned researcher in Genomics and an outstanding leader in healthcare and bio-tech industries and its implementation for personalized medicine and diagnostics development. Dr. Lee published numerous articles and has been granted several US and international patents in the area of personalized medicine, genomics and diagnostic development. He has extensive global experience and presence in the life sciences, healthcare and IT business area including bio-tech, pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies with expertise in personal genomics, big-data processing, pharmacogenomics, bioinformatics and molecular diagnostic. Prior to the current roles and responsibilities, he held several positions at organisations such as Sequenom in San Diego and Genaissance Pharmaceuticals in CT, USA. He is also Chairman of Diagnomics Inc, in San Diego, California, and currently assuming a responsibility as a CEO of EoneDiagnomics Genome Centre (EDGC) in Incheon Korea. He is a president of Share Genome Organization (Non-Profit Research Institute) in California that facilitates researchers and participants to share genome data and informatics resources to promote next generation healthcare and research revolution. He is an advisor of many genomics entities as well.

Mrs. Yamini S Naik

Yamini S Naik is a certified Nutrigenomics professional with expertise in Clinical Research, Nutrition, and Business Development. Holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics from Shivaji University and a B.Sc. in Food Technology, she has enhanced her specialization through advanced training in Nutrigenomics and Clinical Research. With extensive leadership experience, Yamini has spearheaded operations at Helix Prevealth, developing holistic genetic testing-based health programs focused on women’s wellness, and has led counseling teams at Indus Health Plus and HDU Pvt. Ltd., providing personalized nutrition solutions. Over her career, she has conducted 3000+ dietary and genetic counseling sessions, managed cross-functional teams, developed health education content, and optimized clinical and operational workflows.

Mr. Sanket Kaul

Sanket Kaul is an ambitious Business Executive dedicated to creating a meaningful impact at GeneArche. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Fergusson College, Pune. After graduation, he explored teaching opportunities and later transitioned into a role as an HR Recruiter in Pune, where he honed his skills in talent acquisition, content creation, public speaking and stakeholder engagement. At GeneArche, he is committed to continuous learning and to exploring innovative solutions that help identify new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships and enhance operational efficiency, care quality and user experience.
